Reps can earn up to 25% sales commission plus a $20 bonus for every $200 in award sales in a campaign plus a 10% bonus on every $1,000 in cumulative sales. When this incentive is leveraged to its full potential, new representatives can earn up to 65% profit in those first 8 campaigns.
